Responsibilities include:
- Identifying
potential lead sources
- Contacting
prospective client companies for outsourced IT services,
hardware and software sales
- Identifying
and contacting key decision makers
- Qualifying
prospective clients according to criteria established by
Firehouse Networks Management
- Managing complete sales process as well as follow up for status
Requirements:
- Minimum of
1-2 years sales to corporate customers
- Experience
contacting corporate executives (CEO, CIO, VP or Director
IT/Development)
- Experience
selling software or IT professional services
- Experience
identifying prospective clients from a variety of possible
lead sources
- Comfortable
with technology including working knowledge of salesforce
automation tools (CRM) and MS Office
Assets:
- Direct sales
experience selling IT professional services
- A degree
or diploma in Commerce or Business Administration

We are seeking an entry-level network support technician(s) to
provide help desk technical support as well as in house network
administration. Candidates should have a strong technical
background and a thirst for technical knowledge. Duties include
significant client contact in a help desk environment, providing
Windows troubleshooting, printer troubleshooting, and general
network support. Eventual on-site client service and support
may also be required. Network support requires an understanding
of active directory, firewall set-up, DNS, dial-up, DSL
and T1 connectivity.
